Abstract

In this talk, speaker of International Acclaim, Chander Dhall will talk about writing safe JavaScript. He will also start from the very basis level and go up to covering advanced JavaScript. The talk includes, but is not limited to, nuances in JavaScript, variables, functional programming and several ways you can write JavaScript code that can put you in trouble. In this fun filled talk, Microsoft MVP and TechEd Speaker, Chander mocks JavaScript and shows how to do it right as he loves it. If time permits he’ll demo some stuff on the mean stack too.

About Chander

Chander is a Microsoft MVP, ASP.NET Insider, Web API Advisor, INETA speaker and open source contributor, with years of experience in enterprise software development. He started coding when he was 6, and created his first successful software product at the age of 14. He is the dev chair of DevConnections, and he works in a goal-oriented, technologically-driven, fast-paced Agile (SCRUM) environment. He has a master’s degree in computer science with specialization in algorithms, principles and patterns, and is focused on building high-performing modular software.
